I was blown away by the selection in every price range. I bought three rugs and have my eye on more. The site was easy to use and there were many filters to help find just what I wanted.

Tried using a 15% off coupon and it wasn't working. I tried using type to talk customer service and waited 15 minutes (the wait time said it was typically 5 minutes) - finally I just had to order the rug with no response.
