When I didn't receive any message confirming my order, I checked my Amex account and, sure enough, there was a charge from you but I have yet to receive a message acknowledging my order or telling me when I can expect to receive my rugs. I would very much like to know when my order will arrive! Your company is the first I have dealt with that has not acknowledged an order.
