Placed my order easily and quickly. Will review the rug once I receive it.
The website says that the I ordered rug is 1/2 inch thick (e.g. 12.7 mm). However when I received it, the tag said it is only 8mm thick. I had purchased the rug specifically for it's thickness to block sound coming from the floor below. When I brought this mis-representation to rugs.com's attention, asking for a rug pad to make up the difference in thickness they refused to give me any more than $85 back (which doesn't cover the cost of the pad I'll need). This makes me very concerned about all product descriptions on the website overall, so proceed with much caution when/if ordering here!
Easy to find the dimensions and prices I wanted. I also appreciated the 10% discount with the purchase of two items.

I ordered a rug for my livingroom and it was so easy. Great website. I know the rug is beautiful because my sister-in-law has one and I saw it in her home. I loved it so much that I decided to buy one for my new apartment. I can't comment on the fit until I receive the rug. I'm pretty sure I got the correct size. This is a great company with very affordable prices. I highly recommend this company!

I needed a 8 to 9 foot runner fast and spent hours on a couple of other sites. Did not find what I wanted - always out of the size or color I needed. First rug that came up on Rugs.com was the perfect one - in stock and to be delivered on 2 days! And the price was excellent.

It is a waist of my time
You sent a misleading e-Mail giving us 10% off only to find it disappeared when I took a rug out of the cart. Didn't even give the 5% we got either. Very misleading and was very disappointed!
The site is set up to make shopping a breeze! The prices are amazing and the specials are even better, also the sheer amount of choices will blow your mind. This was our first shopping experience with Rugs, and we will be back.
