Lots of information so you know exactly what to expect. Site navigation is easier than any of the other sites I tried to use. Choices galore and tons of photos with reviews. I am purchasing several rugs for my newly remodeled home and am really hoping that these rugs will be high quality and perfect for my new beginning. So far I can say I'm impressed with the process of finding the perfect designs I was wanting. Didn't find anything as nice or as creative on any other searches and believe me I am on rug search overload. Can't wait for their arrival.

I loved that I could view the rug in my room. The website experience was great and connecting the payment directly to my bank information was great.
I think there was plenty of rugs to look at and plus plenty of sizes to choose from plus great prices! The only draw back for me was ordering pads for each rug. It would be better to list the rug pad size with the rug. I would have felt better knowing, at a glance, that I order the right size!
