So many options to choose from, but the 30 day return was a clincher for me.
Excellent... so much to choose from... took us 2 days to decide. Needed runners for a medium sized kitchen. Was able to get 3 different sizes to fit. Needed a 26' ft one piece runner for our hallway. Still looking though the website to find that size and a color we need to complement that area. Didn't want to miss out on the sale, so we got this order in now. Their inventory is so vast. Hope to order again soon and often as we need additional rugs or replacements.
Took a few days to decide on which size to order. Just hope I made the right decision for the room. I took a picture and compared sizes in my room so I will decide whether or not I ordered correctly when it arrives. If not, I will return the 8x10 and go bigger to a 9x12. Can't wait to receive delivery!

I appreciate the large number of choices, and the ability to view the rug in my room option.
The numerous choices of sizes is the best I've seen anywhere, and makes shopping easy.
I may have missed it, but an option like "find matching colors" when mixing/matching different brands would be awesome.
But in any case, I give Rugs.com 5 stars!
