Loved shopping on their site just wish they would put more rugs per page I got tired scrolling & having to change to the next page -sometimes it would bring me right back to page one! Frustrating. This is my second time ordering from rugs.com. I love the tons of selections.

I placed my 1st order 1 morning & the runner arrived the next evening! Free fast shipping. And the runner is exactly as it was described & excellent quality.

Very happy with the look and quality of the carpet and runner. And a lot cheaper than the dept stores. We did get the better padding which gives the rug a homey comfy feel.

I don't know if I like the rugs I bought the 6x4 all the lines are straight, but a little thin. The 10x13 is the one I don't know about, it's thinand all the lines are crooked and the border is all raggedy. To be honest I don't know if I like it yet

There was a cut in the bottom of,the door mat - about 3" long. I think I can glue that together.

I got 3 rugs all were huge and they are sooo big. First time ordering online I was little nervous well.love this rugs online quality is amazing and I will be ordering more soon

Had requested that one rug and two runners would be delivered into my apartment. Not only was I not notified right away that the merchandise had arrived. All three heavy items were dropped at my mailbox on the first floor. And I had to pull them all the way into my apartment with my bad back and arthritic knees. Needless to say I am furious and deeply disappointed in Fed Ex (yet again).
