Well, they snoozed and they lost because I found the PERFECT rug at Rugs.com for 1/3 the price so I canceled the order. My rug arrived today and I love it - color and quality.

Ordered another rug from a different dealer. Came in a damaged package, looked likel it had been used and then reboxed, it was dirty. I sent it back. My rug from rugs.com came in a sealed package. Rug is in excellent condition. Colors are so vibrant. Love this rug.
While the ordering process and customer care service was top notch, I think this survey is a little too soon as my rugs haven't even shipped yet. I would much rather review this company and transaction after all is said and done.
