Rug is plush and color is nice. However, listed size was 9'4" x 12' and actual size is 9'0" x 11'10". Also, rug was folded for shipping and has a crease that will hopefully relax with time.

It was really easy to order and find exactly what i was looking for
Ordering was fine, rugs arrived quickly, rugs are all very nice. BUT, the largest one was stated to be 8' x 11', and is in fact 2 inches short on BOTH length and width. NOT happy about that. Those couple inches actually matter, and the ACTUAL rug size should be stated, not approximate sizes! I cant exchange as the next largest size will not fit the space.

I ordered a rug for my bedroom that was the perfect color and way less expensive than anything else I could find for such a cute look! I accidentally ordered the wrong one (which was twice as expensive). I emailed them about my error and they had cancelled that order and refunded my card right away. I then ordered the correct rug and it was here in 2 days and is even better than I expected! The "see it in your room" feature was super helpful for choosing the size. All in all, an absolutely fantastic experience!
