I like the rugs very much! I have them in another color of the same design. My only complaint would be that the black isn't as dark as I expected. Service was wonderful and delivered a day early.
The price was quite low, the quality seems fine, and the delivery was super fast, but the scale of the design is not at all as pictured. Each element is significantly larger in proportion to the whole than in the photos. Maybe they used the largest rug as a stand in for all the rectangular sizes. It's disappointing.

Nice rug should of one size smaller it would of look better i wasn't paying shipping to sent it back and pack it up
I've ordered from them several times over the last few years and I have never been disappointed. The rugs are always commensurate with their cost, I've ordered higher end ones twice and this specific purchase I went low cost and still I got a great rug. Check their clearance tab if you need a low-cost option. Forget Costco or Amazon because this is the place to get a great rug at an even better price!
After shopping market place for a gently like new rug without finding anything within price range and with the look we wanted, and also shopping at stores that carry rugs- most not 9 x 12 in size which we needed for our space, I looked online and saw Rugs.com. I automatically thought that we could not get a rug the size we wanted in a price we could afford from a specialty store. BUT I was wrong! I lucked up on a sale that put the rug that fit our size, or home colors and decor, and at an excellent price. THE SHIPPING WAS SO SO FAST! I ordered on Friday of Vet. Day holiday expecting not to have it shipped before Monday due to holiday- BUT WOW- it was actually at my home Monday afternoon! I loved being able to use the see in my room feature as well. I would recommend Rugs.com. Also- rug is as described, and good quality. Followed the directions on giving it the time to get settled in and loose its shipping look. VERY PLEASED!

I googled for a new Teal runner and upcame an advertisement for one with rugs.com. I couldn't believe the sale price and it was so much lower than everybody else and I like the product. I googled and checked reviews on the company and they were good so I ordered the product. I was completely surprised when the product actually arrived two days later FedEx in great shape, just as pictured, and with care instructions everything was to my surprise a great experience.
