The shopping experience was easy. Seamless really. My rug has not arrived so I cannot justify a full 5 star rating..

The rug met my expectations. Deliver came when they said.

Website was easy to maneuver and place an order. Price was not terrible. If it arrives like it said it would then the wait time for delivery is not at all.

The ordering was easy and our beautiful woven rug and pad arrived in just a few days. It is now making the living room look cozy, even when there is no fire in the fireplace.

Arrived home to find the rug had been left at my door step in the rain. No one rang the door bell so that I knew the item had been delivered. The rug was slightly damp, just hoping it doesn't have a smell with it. Nice rug and design, just the delivery sucked.

Prices were great, checkout was easy. Coupons certainly helped in decision. One thing. I received the confirmation of my order, but heard nothing else. After 4 days i would think i would hear an update, or estimated time of delivery. Received nothing except confirmation once order was placed. No tracking transaction. Nothing. I would like to be kept in the know of the process...
