The rug looked exactly the way it did when I used the see in your room thing on the website. Even the size and color are the same and it wasn't hard to get the rolling out of the carpet either.

Very easy to order from Rugs.com. Great selection, reasonable prices, fast delivery. Happy with the process. Waiting for rugs to flatten out after having been rolled up. Initial assessment is the rugs are keepers only issue would be color but would then order again from Rugs.com. Haven't experienced the return process but, hopefully, I won't have to.
