But no. You have infiltrated ever aspect of my online existence whoring one rug after another whether on my email, checking football scores, or surfing porn. (kidding, but if I did I'd be I'd see you there too). Please give your e-marking VP a sedative. Sheesh.

I ordered a rug assuming it would arrive in a couple weeks and it showed up in 4 days. The shipping company provided updates daily so I knew when to expect it
Flawless experience compared to competitors. Turnaround time was great and the rug was top quality. It also lies very flat after an hour...never saw that with competitors rugs.
I needed a number of runners for the bedroom; finding exactly the right sizes and pattern was easy, as was ordering the correct non-slip pads at the same time.

Ordering was quick. Rug is perfect! Delivery took a little longer and tracking was not updated but it is holiday season, so it's expected.
This is the second time in 5 years I have ordered from Rugs.com. The quality is very nice. We have 5 dogs and the carpets still look great. We decided to change color schemes and ordered carpets on Saturday night, they were delivered Tuesday! We LOVE the new colors, the quality and how they arrived so fast.
The experience with Rugs.Com so far has been great. Need to think about a rug pad however for this size rug.
