08/22/2023.I received ROYAURA -men's Casual cotten Linen Stand Collar soft & breathable short sleeve shirt: ordered 8/12/2023, received 8/22/2023. I love the casual look and colors, I bought four. They pair well with Khakis, Dress Shorts, Brand Name Jogger pants and with Sport Coat. The Size Chart is accurate. I am a XXL but the XL fits me perfect
However the suit had no swimwear in it which I would have passed on that.Yoy should make that jbiw.Niw my husband has to purchase something to cover his privates.not happy

We ordered 5 shirts for a vacation. Needless to say they didn't arrive when expected and a Mens 2xl was like a BOYS XL. I've been trying to return for a full refund and the only option was to re-order. Keep shirts and pay for additional shipping or get a discount for another order DO NOT USE THIS SITE

How did I not see this coming? Everything that was said about the no-work tracking number, the month-long deliveries, the sizing issues, all right on. This thing stunk to high heaven from the start.
Oddly, I liked 6 of 8 shirts, but they're jerking me around in trying to get refunded for the two!

"What. If we give you 40% refund and we give you $15 off your next order? Can't you give the shirts to somebody as a gift? "
Honest to God, somebody said this from
Royaura. I don't have anyone in my world that I dislike enough to give two crappy shirts to.
So they immediately attempt to talk you out of sending anything back to them and then threaten you with losing your stuff, giving them an out as to why they're not going to refund you. They'll just tell you everything's lost!
I guess I should count myself lucky that I like six of the shirts.
Please don't buy anything from these people.

This is a criminal enterprise. The only way to get a credit for wrong orders, orders never being delivered, etc is by challenging the purchase with your credit card company.

Support email is invalid! Poor Quality. These shirts are made for very tiny people and are not true to size. When I put the shirt on I felt it was going to rip apart like Hulk was mad! Another deceptive Chinese company. Product description of shirt specifically stated "cotton linen". This shirt is NOT cotton linen at all. You can tell by the feel of the fabric, plus the care label stated 100% polyester! Sleeves are extremely short. Shoulder and chest material is not to size. Basically a cheap, bad product made in china for profit not comfort or use.
Returned most of the order and still waiting for my refund. Was tole I would get one and was also told the amount and that they had received the return. The refund was made and then taken back the next day. I am also reporting them to the USPS for postal and wire fraud!
They told me that a refund to Pay-Pal takes 48 hours but a refund to a credit card, this one is from their web site, We will process the refund within a week after receiving your return package. Then when talking to Customer Service they tell you 20 - 20 days and then again on their site they say may take as long as 3 weeks. WTF, 3 weeks to plug in a number as give a refund!
Suggestion don't buy from here as material is bad, cut is bad and you will have problems getting a refund! But then this business is based in china and like all other oriental businesses they rip you off and you are always wrong and they are always right. Very bad business practice! And unethical but then again when have the chinese ever been ethical?

WORST COMPANY EVER, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A HUGE RIPOFF AND FRAUDULENT They are actually listed under Royaura.com in Ontario, Califfornia.
After a continuing rounds of 2 months trying to obtain my refund of 2 shirts that were promptly returned weeks ago, this sham of a company still refuses to oblige to returning my refund, resulting in me filing a credit card dispute. They will twist everything around, in every way, to avoid refunding rightful money. AVOID THEM! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
On their Facebook page listed as "facebook.com/royaura-shi…;, there are many people who are leaving BAD reviews of this company not sending them their purchased merchandise, plus others are not receiving their refunds for merchandise returned, (including myself as noted). The ridiculous excuses they give are proof how they refuse to abide by the 30-day return legal laws of the USA, and mandatory refunds for merchandise returned.

CUSTOMER BEWARE Royaura/Dehan LTD IS A CHINESE COMPANY. I thought I was relatively safe because the return and refund POLICY clearly stated that these tasks were handled within the US.
Their men's clothing is undersized, and they'll ask you to send photos with rulers. I compared my received 3X items to several 2X items I owed. The US product was always much larger. I waited over a month for this delivery.
Having to return product to China wasn't supposed to be in play. Now I know better. This company LIED on their web page, and they will get away with this miscarriage of service.
I initially got a quote over the internet, from both USPS and UPS. Those preliminary quotes did not consider the weight of the return package. UPS now quotes $227 as the cheapest price, while USPS quoted me $117 as it's cheapest price. These prices would apply for each order returned.
I will now opt to seek a donation site and try to put this disaster behind me.
