Customer service in katy miles store is not good. The fitting room employee's behavior was so bad maybe it's Ross policy that she has to follow, if it's true, I suggest you to change it.
I recently shopped at Ross, my husband we always find great finds for kitchen and home decor for very reasonable price. I love this store. We never leave emptyc-handed. I would recommend visiting Ross and save money without payer mall retail prices.
I bought shoes from Ross and only wore one time and I had blisters all over my ankles and was an hour away from home so I couldn't just change shoes. I went to return and they denied my return because I wore them (for my first day at a University) one time. Like I was supposed to know they was going to tear my ankles apart! Very poor customer service! Not to mention they didn't tell me this when I came in and went and picked out other things well over the cost of the shoes. Needless to say when I went to check out they denied the return because I wore for a day and they couldn't resale. I walked out and didn't purchase a thing. Will not after that experience!
I will never visit this store again base on my experience. The many years that I have went to this store they have always been been pretty good. I decide to pay in cash this time and notice the sales associate did not give back my change. I ask her if she realize this and her reply was we are short on change. I said so you deliberately cheat customers out of money. I spoke to her manager and she said yes "It has been a headache to us". I have never heard of a store not giving customers back their change. I don't know who is running this store but its the worst management I have ever seen. It's more than just the money its the principle that counts. I will never enter this store again base on this encounter. If you visit this store just know you will not get your change back if you are owed any.
I went to Ross in Addison Texas on beltline and marsh the other day & I had the worst shopping experience of my life time… an older lady with short cut black hair did not greet me she look mad at me, I ask her for a mask & she rudely said that I didn't need a mask, I told her that where in a pandemic & could she give me a mask she replied that she didn't have any. I instructed her that they do have mask on the stand … she opened the door and got a box of mask out, she just held the box like it was nothing in the box so I said to can you give me a mask that's when she gave me one, as I was shopping I ran into her twice she mumbled something under her breathe about me, as I was about yo pay for my stuff she got in line to talk to another employee about me … next thing I know he was watching me, I turned around & ask him was he ok he played it off & said that he was trying to get the cashier attention. That was a lie … I'm thinking about lawsuit
I purchased a pair of boots in the amount of $59.99 + 10.25% taxes was added which brings the total to $66.13. I returned the boots in 2 business days for a full refund due back in cash in the amount of $66.13. I was only refunded in cash $60.07 I questioned the manager why I wasn't refunded the full about she preceeded to explained that she refunded the correct amount and preceeded with some unreasonable answers. Very unprofessional as for a manager I explained that this is not acceptable and ripping the customers off it will be reported. Ross Store Chicago Illinois Randolph & Wabash.
I was turned down a return at the Ross Dress for Less in mesquite Texas, actually was not even let in the store because it was 5 minutes before closing time. I got off of work and went strait there. I have never been treated so poorly by a manager in my 35 years of life. Swearing at me for trying to walk in. The manager wouldn't even give me her name after the exchange.
The customer is always right! Well not at the ross location in Kingstown Shopping center virginia. The dressing rooms were closed and i proceeded to try the article of clothing on my self in a unpopulated corner of the establishment. After removing the clothing i was approached by a deranged employee who screamed at me for trying the clothing on. I was more frightened than shocked. Terrible customer service and rude.
Went to Ross on Slide, picked out a pair of earring's from the case, to my surprise when I returned to work and looked into my bag my earrings were not there, I looked at my receipt and the young lady never ring them up. Easy fix right (Wrong), I call and the earrings are still there, but they will only hold for 30 mins. I am at work which I explain I really want them and I will be there straight from work, can you please hold them for 3 short hours? Ross had a store policy can will only hold them 30 mins, end of story!
By the looks of it Ross as a Corporation puts customer service at the bottom of their priority list and common sense of company policy one step below that. Here is what happened… I was in a Ross in Tampa Florida a few weeks back and right when I walked in I just felt as if I was a suspect for theft. Shoplifting warning signs everywhere, I stood in the checkout line for 15 minutes watching one associate taking her time working through a line of 30 people. As two loss prevention associates stand and chat at the door and not even greet customers as they walk in.
(Maybe have one loss prevention working the door and two associates helping the check out line. Just an idea) when I asked two supervisors if the changing room was open? They relied nah! And kept walking. I don't even know if I spelt nah right because it's not a word! I left not even upset I was just concerned for the company! I gave Ross another chance today in my home town of Spokane valley and you guessed another disaster! Again with the shoplifting warnings everywhere, rude associates. (Even Walmart greets you) but worse I go in the bathroom and no paper towels just a broken blow dryer on the wall. Here is my question to your CEO… How am I supposed to open the bathroom door if I don't have a paper towel? I watched the nasty guy leave before me without wash his hands and I'm supposed to touch the door knob after him? Maybe stop waisting so much paper on your "don't steal signs" and you might be able to afford some paper towels in the bathroom! I get it I know I am sounding like a Karren right now but I had to say something. You lost me as a customer today Ross. Hopefully you get this corrected, all it takes is very basic leadership training and some follow up.
My Iphone $1,800. Was stolen most likely by Ross employees. Since they refused to check cameras. On 6/8/21 around 3 P.M. Dressing room attendant said a lady found my phone and it was turned to customer service cashier # 9. Security Guard, morning shift was getting off then. The 2nd shift security guard said there was no phone opening one drawer only, he said that the other security guard just left. He asked me to leave a phone number. I requested to speak to manager for that day. They didn't waste any time looking in the drawers for my phone at all. Manager was very rude and careless. She didn't take the time to investigate who received the phone nor gave me access to a phone to speak to police. They totally refused to check cameras for me to see if the security guard walked with my phone or someone else. They acted very suspicious. I think there are thiefs in the Ross stores. Ladies hold to your belonging very secure, there is a risk they steal from you in the that Ross Store. I do have a police report, reporting the incident.
I recently shopped at the Ross Dress for Less in St. George, UT. I was having trouble locating an item and the Assistant Manager, Bethany Delafore (I may have spelled her last name incorrectly), was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. I will be forever grateful! I love Ross and love the service I received from Bethany and the St. George store and will definitely continue being one of your best customers!
Thank you!

There is a perfect place in Litchfield Kentucky right next to the dollar store that would be perfect for a Ross It's outlet store there's nothing really around here for clothing besides Walmart
Let me start off this, Ross is such BS. Who here should be more responsible for the item purchase? The cashier or the customer? When we (us customers) ready to pay up our items we bring them all to the cashier right? And they ask us if we want a bag. In my case I always do ask for a bag and cashier are supposedly have to make sure everything are in the bag right? I mean we also (us customers) are responsible for our items but we cant everytime foresee everything for sometimes we are distracted, we have kids to keep an eye on or some cellular activities. So, this what happened. One item we purchased was not in the bag, we just realize it like 2 days ago. It was paid in the receipt and we didnt have it. I called the store and told them bout the missing item, store manager asked me to come down to the store, so I went and we check. First, they said they couldnt see the video of the transaction wherein they based it on the time and date of the transaction in the receipt, That's bs isnt? One of the guy even told me I brought a wrong receipt which is such stupid. Take note of this, not all the transaction time on the receipt is 100% accurate its can be 5 mins later or before. So i told the manager I cant leave here without getting my refund. At the end of the day they had it
Refunded but I walked away not a happy customer, instead I am disappointed so much for they shouldve consider compensating me for it is not my fault that the item was
Missing and I have to spent time, gas and effort just to make things right..
I went to Ross and they told me I couldn't use the restroom because the manager was busy. I was willing to wait cause I had to go but they were just saying she was too busy to ever unlock it for me. Then I went to another Ross while in line I reached to buy on of the items while waiting in line and they had broken glass and when I put my hand down to reach for it that glass cut into my hand. They were kind to get me bandaids and alcohols cause my hand was bleeding everywhere but they didn't ask acknowledge that their store did this! They didn't ask about where the glass was when I told them they had broken glass on their counters they ignored that part and just gave me a bandaide. I'm grateful for the band aide but I am mad at Ross for No sympathy no acknowledgment that their store had broken glass and cut me! Who knows if there is more still there or around there! I tried to tell them but they were disinterested or just didn't want to acknowledge that their store causes it!
Because they don't have any current dressing rooms I had to take dresses home and try them on, when I went to return the ones that I don't like they didn't give me a full refund because one of the tags fell off in the bag
Store is a joke. Just wrote to Corporate, although I am not confident anything will change.
Manager is rude, employees are a joke and could not care less. If I acted that way, I would be fired within five minutes.
It is unaccptable.
I love my local Ross! I shop there every day. The algiers ross has always treated me well. I was there this past Saturday and as I'm standing in the line to checkout there was an employee name Melissa by the cash register having a conversation with another female employee saying she's calling corporate to get another employee fired and continued to talk down on her co worker about his work personal life and how she feels personally about him, and trust me NONE of them were good things. She expressed so loud and bad about the young man I'm sure I wasn't the only customer to hear her. As a LOYAL Ross customer I don't appreciate the atmosphere that she is creating in a place I see as friendly and family like.
The store manager in this branch is rude, not friendly, she s like a cold person to deal with, and no consideration to help a customer, not sensitive to help at all. I wish higher management will do something about it. It's the store manager itself has a bad attitude towards customer service.
I will never shop Ross again after the way I was treated because I can't wear a mask. Every Ross I've ever been in the employee's are something to be desired. Time to take a look at your management and employees.
