I have many pieces of Ross-Simons jewelry. This is the first time I am dissatisfied with my purchase. The gold portion of the ring looked heavily engraved on the website. Upon receiving my ring I can barely see the engraving. I am very dissatisfied.
I had no problems with you or the jewelry. My only complaint is that, because my knuckles are so big, I wasn't able to get the size 9 over them so now I have to return the rings I ordered. I'm very disappointed in that. I wish you offered your rings in a size 10 also.

Have always been happy with Ross Simon but, the bezel peridot Byzantine ring sooo thin it would bend & break easily. Returning. Other ring in order keeping,

Cross was very small compared to the picture in the ad. I was disappointed in the size.
