The company and the service was impeccable. The ring is exactly as shown in the photos. In my opinion there is a serious design flaw. The inside of the ring is "hollow". This created an inside ridge/edge which scraped skin off of my knuckle when I put the ring on the first time. My knuckles are enlarged because of arthritis and I knew I would have to use lotion or soap to get the ring on (which I did), but it still scraped skin off of my knuckle. In my opinion a solid interior would not have caused this issue. Once the ring was over my knuckle, it fit perfectly.

Don't fall for the photos. Cheap- poor quality items. 30 day return policy hidden in fine print somewhere. Customer service quickly emails you and makes you feel like they will return the item but it's only to get you on the phone to up sale you on a VIP membership. Steer clear of this place and don't fall for the Facebook ads. If you are accustomed to shopping at quality establishments, this is not your place.

I have so many things I could say about this place but I will stick to the current item my husband ordered it for me on 5 February the entire site said will be there guaranteed by Valentine's Day today is the 16th it said it's been sitting at the post office for 10 days called my post office and they don't have it talk to the representative and she said it's because he did not specify the 14th I said where is it as it's obviously lost the girl said I must wait at least until the last day of February seriously how many people you know when their item is lost are told they have to wait why would I wait on something that has been lost through no fault of my own plus they want me to buy another item I wouldn't buy item from them again if my hands were held above to burning coals
Purchased one year ago. It looked beautiful. My wife wore it a few times and lost a link attaching to the clasp. I was concerned. I took it to a local jewler who keeps a staff dedicated to repairs. They evaluated it and had to tell me it couldn't be fixed because the links were hollow and very, very thin. The bracelet was super delicate. In other words it was virtually impossible to wear without destroying it in short order. So as a year has passed I'm thinking about it, disgusted. My pained advice: Don't buy anything substantial online from this company.
I sent back two bracelets. I received credit for only one. They 'said' I only returned one?! There's no way I can prove I sent back two but I am 100% sure a mistake was made on their end, not mine. I was told to make a claim at the post office. Why on earth would I make a claim, have the post office pay for their error or, frankly, theft. They want me to steal from the post office to rectify their error?
I am so frustrated I don't know what to do. This wasn't my first purchase with Ross Simons but if memory serves, it was my first return. I was so upset when I spoke with their CS I lost my temper and feel badly about that... she hung up on me, I understand, I would have too if I had heard me. However, I know I did nothing wrong yet feels as though I'm being punished... it hurts... even at my age.
My loss is approximately $55.00. Not a huge amount. I guess I'll have to rationalize the loss as a huge lesson learned. From now on, I will take photos of the inside of a box and the outside too before shipping a return. I now have to figure out how to get rid of that gnawing feeling hovering about my once good mood.

I ordered a pair of earrings for my wife's birthday. They never showed up. Ross-Simons told me I had to wait 21 days before they would do ANYTHING. They told me to contact UPS, the shipper. Tried that. UPS told me to talk to the Post Office as they delivered the package to the Post Office. Post Office told me to talk to UPS. You see the problem? Ross-Simons so-called customer service told me to wait 21 days and try again. Totally unhelpful. So, if you want your packages to arrive in time for your loved one's birthdays, DO NOT order from Ross-Simmons. They don't care, it is not their problem. Once they get your money, they are done with you. I gave them one star, because zero stars was not an option. Awful company. Awful experience.
