I can't rate the quality of the products that I ordered because I never received them. I had numerous contacts with Ross Simon's Customer Service and each time I was given a different delivery date. Each time the date passed with no delivery.
The last time I contacted them - 9/9- they promised that they would resend the items via overnight mail. We'll see what happens but based on past experience, I don't expect much.
