Received necklace in a short time frame. It appears to be in great shape. My wife will be the final judge once I present it to her on our anniversary.

The site was easy to navigate, and I love the affordable selections. I came across the site last year when I was doing a Google search for some jewelry items while I came across Ross-Simon I never purchased until now, there were really diverse design options and price ranges from low to high fitting all budgets. I loved my piece and would be purchasing again for myself and others.

Easy overall experience with online shopping. Product arrived quickly.

But it would be nice to have shipping notification and be able to track the package. All big companies do this, why isn't Ross-Simons

I order pink pearl studs earrings as a gift to go with a pink necklace I had recently ordered.

The pink of the studs earring is so faint they almost appear white. I guess that is what you get with sale items.

The earrings I ordered were listed as blue topaz however upon receipt they look more like aquamarine

The website was a breeze to use and all of the jewelery is really well displayed. You can visualize what it will look on, so there are no surprises later. I love it! My ring and earrings came quickly, no delays and they're super sparkly, shines to the hilt. Love it!

No real deals for as much as I've spent. It's so hard to accurately get any discounts other than what already marked down. I will probably still order because I really like the jewelry. But it's hard to find others that like it as much as I do other than my daughter. It feels like shopping with my hand tied behind my back. Phyl C.

This is the second time I was succored in to purchase a ring from Ross-Simon. I should have known better but I hoped it I was wrong. The jewelry looks SO beautiful online. I looked and looked. The ring kept coming up in my newsfeed. Facebooks algorithm knows me so well. I finally gave in. After all I can return it right? Well - again the ring was CHEAP. Absolutely cheap, everything about it. The stones, the metal, the weight. So disappointed. I put it on. I kept staring at it. I asked my daughter. Without telling her what I paid - I said what do you think? Handed her the ring. She looked at it. Looked at me - handed it back. Said it is CHEAP. Exact words. When I told her I paid $200 for it, I was embarrassed. I tried to like it - to keep it. Why... Please change your model and supplier. You don't have to do this. Use better materials.

I have shopped at Ross Simons for many years. The multi gemstone bracelet was a big disappointment. It was so minuscule that it could not be seen when wearing. I did not order the gold over silver one since the ring I bought that was gold over silver cracked and flaked away. What a waste. I will return the bracelet and the ring. Hopefully, the problem with gold over silver jewelry can be solver.

I bought the three bracelet set. I bought the set for the Byzantine bracelet and received the other bracelets as a nice addition. Seamless.

Easy no hassle, no trouble. No rabbits up my sleeve no fake flowers. Just what I wanted.

I need a chain for a specific pendent. I first ordered a.7mm chain that looked fine online, but when I received it, it is too delicate for the pendent. Next I ordered a paperclip chain that looks nice and would have worked, but the jumpring end is too large to thread the pendent on. I also do NOT like the "spring clasp" on either chain. The jump ring on the first is so small that whenever you touch the clasp it springs closed. The paperclip clasp was likewise touchy and both were almost impossible to use. I am returning both chains ASAP.
