Given the ease with which we can now return items from just about anywhere with a click on the computer and a swift stop at UPS or the like, your return process is annoying and antiquated and honestly will make me not shop wth you again and I have been a customer for many years. The picture in the paper, although in black and white newsprint, looked so pretty and along with the published price looked like quite a nice introduction to Ross Simons. What the picture couldn't show was the small thin short cheap version of the real life bracelet. In reality it is a huge disappointment. I should have remembered the old adage of "You get what you pay for!" In this case, it was so very true. Also, buyer beware, if you don't like these "bargain" ads, Ross Simons makes you pay for the return forgetting about "truth in advertising". Working with this company is a bad idea from the beginning.

Shopping for a gift for my husband's cousin a male, so we decided on a engraved money clip. The clip was a nice size and weight but the engraving was too light. A little hard to see the name. Also I would like the measurements described in inches instead of millimeters.
