I ordered an elephant bracelet and doggie earrings. The bracelet is extremely delicate and the stud earrings are very small, so small that they are difficult to see.

Both are beautiful but I hope they last

I REALLY like the "vibe" of this band...not conventional, the "branch/twig" motif really suits my style. Stones encompass the entire design, and even though they are tiny, they have a great sparkle. Ring is also low profile too.
I think it was a very good purchase...my size is correct, price was reasonable (on sale!), and arrived within date range (I got it 10 days from order date).
Will most likely order something else in the future, as R-S has a great selection and good prices.

I was hoping to use these as diamond stud jackets but they did not work. Nice with the pearls though.

While I recognize that turquoise is a naturally occurring substance and variations in appearance are to be expected, the earings I was sent were substantially different from those pictured online. I would not have bought them in person. Too close to Christmas to go through the exchange process with no guarantee of receiving a better example.

Of course seeing product in person is always a good thing--sometimes you think you are getting something and what you purchase is totally different--that is not the case with the products I have purchased through your on-line store. Purchased a pearl and ruby ring. Price was a little more than I wanted to pay but it was the best looking ring I could find. Upon receiving it I was a little disappointed in the size of the rubies - I guess I expected more for a $1,000 ring.

My shopping experience was easy. Purchasing was easy. Products arrived in a timely manner. My only comment in the negative would be this: I ordered via online website a pair of Xmas ball ornament earrings. The pictures made it seem that they were actual full balls. I was surprised when the earrings arrived that they were only half a ball; the backside of them was flat. Not a big deal but not what I thought I was getting.
