I've been a Ross Simon customer for decades. I'm always satisfied with my purchases. These earrings are the ideal size and comfort for daily use.
I should have been told that the price would drop by 33% ($500) the week after I ordered snd received the ring.
The ring that you purchased (item 201510) was never on sale for less money. We think you may be confusing it with a near identical ring that is $500 less, item 201508. It is almost identical, but it is less carats than the one you purchased. If you want to exchange the one you purchased for the less expensive one, you may certainly do so, within 30 days of purchase. Please call us direct at 800-556-7376 and we will be happy to assist. These sealife earrings are well made. They are a nice size with good variety and detail. I like the shape of the wires. They almost look like a hoop and close securely.

The 14kt gold paper clip necklace broke the first time I wore it. I fixed it but I was quite surprised that. $500 dollar necklace didn't not last longer before braking. If I hadn't noticed it, it would have slipped off my neck and been lost forever.
