We offer a 30-day Return Policy and returns can be easily set up online on our website. We do see a return was already requested for this order. UPDATE: I was contacted by customer service and offered a partial credit back for the earrings. I was able to get them fixed and will have them for the wedding. I appreciate the extra attention and the professional handling of this issue. The outcome is positive.
I ordered garnet and pearl earrings to wear for my wedding. I was excited to find them, as I had not seen them anywhere else. But the quality was much less than expected. The first time I tried them on, one of the earring posts snapped off, making them unwearable. I immediately called Ross-Simons and was told these earrings were sold out and could not be replaced. They offered to repair them but it would take 6 weeks! With my wedding less than a month away, this was not an option. So I will be paying a local jeweler $65 to repair them and can only hope they hold up.
Sadly Ross-Simons did not offer me anything for my disappointment, inconvenience or additional expense. I won't be shopping here again.

I love these small magnetic clasps for my numerous necklaces. They have allowed me to enjoy all my necklaces by not struggling to connect the clasps. I have purchased 2 clasps, and they are interchangeable with other necklaces as well. Best invention ever.

I ordered a paper clip bracelet for my granddaughter's birthday. I paid over $20 for fast shipping. Item came by UPS. The bracelet was in a padded box - there was an empty plastic bag with a label also in the padded box and the bracelet was in a heap in the corner. I did not check it (my fault). My granddaughter cried when she opened the gift. The bracelet was broken! I had paid for fast shipping for an item that had been returned and someone at the company placed it back in stock. I called Ross-Simons the next day and was told I had to have USPS investigate! USPS was never involved! Finally returned and I am waiting for a satisfactory conclusion.
