I have many things from Ross-Simon's. I love them all. Read the descriptions. I've seen bad reviews because dainty or something. Read. I love all my stuff!
These earrings do not sparkle. I returned the earrings, and therefore it literally cost me to have ordered them (return shipping not included). The gems around the blue sapphires are much dimmer than pictured on the website. The result is that the blue sapphires are difficult to see especially in low lit environments and/or if you have dark hair in most environments other than direct sun. I recommend that you save your money and do not purchase these earrings.
We regret the earrings are not as expected. The Sapphire stones in these earrings are natural. They are an opaque stone that is in a more natural state. You may see characteristics in the stone that occur naturally and does not have the surface polish of a finished high polished stone. High- polished stones would increase the price greatly. We offer 30-day return policy if not completely satisfied and returns can be easily set up online through your order. Customer issue was resolved.
