I do not like your new website and I especially do not like the fact that all of the items I had saved for later are now gone entirely from my account.
Additionally, when an order was shipped, I used to get an email WITH a tracking link; I no longer get the tracking link. I also used to get an email when you received a returned item, as well as an email when an item was delivered. I no longer get either type of email. This is not satisfactory.

I purchased these earrings and the very next day they still had them "on sale" but with a $50 off your next purchase deal.
It really annoys me that you send emails that say "$25 off your next purchase!", and then twice I haven't been able to use it. The first time I didn't meet the requisite minimum, the second time I did, but it didn't apply. This, to me, is disingenuous, and I suspect I will unsubscribe.
