The gift arrived on time ( early actually). I was perfect and very well receieved. The only minor difficulty was switching the billing address (me) and the shipping address. It took 2 attempts. Item was a gift from my employer for 50 years of service. In a 6 month time frame, the gold surface was marred with areas of copper. In returning the item, it was mentioned I might incur a $100 service fee for the "inspection". It took a high level representative to work with my husband to not only return the bracelet, but add funds to purchase a lovely 10K bracelet in its place. Why 3 star? Ross Simon sold a faulty item, then wants to possibly charge a fee to inspect what is obviously poor quality.

We would never charge an "inspection" fee on any piece purchased from us. We would only charge a repair fee if the piece was purchased without the Extend warranty, if you chose to go with a repair.
