When ordering a size 6 ring, one cannot be pleased receiving a size 5 ring in a bag marked size 6. YES, I know my ring size, have a set of ring sizers and have been a ladies size 6 ring for the past 40 years. NO, neither my weight nor fingers have grown fatter. Archaic, non-user friendly printing, procedure and return shipping fees are so last century. I wish I could add photos of the earrings I received. While the advertised item clearly shows a red bird, the earrings I received are black. I contacted customer service and they replaced the earrings but the second pair are also black.
