This was my first order from your company. I ordered 2 black enamel rings. They were so incredibly thin they would have never held up. I have returned for a refund.
Earlier in the year, I had purchased and set aside a white pearl-like expandable bracelet and thought to search for a pair of earrings as well, to give as Christmas presents to my 18-year old granddaughter. Initially, I thought to locate a pair she would wear/like but I spotted a pair of mother of pearl flower shaped earrings that could have been part of a set. When they arrived, I was pleased to note their quality, and just as represented on screen. I hope she loves both!

I have received it and it was more beautiful than the photos. I am impressed by the quality of the necklace. And Ross Simons communication with me was excellent.
I ordered two sterling silver bracelets for my two daughters in law. One broke taking it out of the package. When I took it to the store, they refused a return/refund because the item was monogrammed. I feel awful giving my DIL a repaired piece of jewelry. One too many bad experiences with Ross Simon.
