I received what I ordered, 18kt gold over sterling bangle bracelets, but instead of the 5 bracelet set, I received only 4. Two of the 4 were unguarded in the shipment package, meaning they were not in a protective plastic bags. It seems they had maybe been a return and were not properly inspected or properly repackaged before shipped out as a new order. Customer service sent out a return label. I am hoping for an expidited replacement shipment as the set is a Xmas gift. I am disappointed!
