Tried to clasp bracelet together and it wouldn't open even with the lock disengaged. It then broke at the clasp not allowing me to open clasp. Clasp piece broke off and returned with the bracelet for replacement. Hoping replacement works or I would never buy anything from your company again

I ordered 2 Gold Domed Bracelets, which I love, and wear proudly, and one 1980 vintage 14K omega bracelet. I did not own any 14K gold jewelry in 1980, and I was unaware of the weight of the piece. It was too heavy for my arm. And I was afraid it would fall off and I would lose or damage it. So I called Customer Service, and they were fabulous. They gave me an RA # and advised me to insure it properly, and ship it myself. They could not have been more helpful.
