I paid well over $262 for a "supposedly" 14KT bracelet. I won't make that mistake again. Very disappointed in this product. I contacted customer service. They were quick to respond and offered me a quick way to return the bracelet. At this time, I will keep the bracelet as reminder to buy at brick and mortar stores!
