The earrings are pretty but SO small. I probably wouldn't have bought them if I knew how small they are. As they are a gift, I'm stuck with them.

Earring can fall off easily because the back of the earring clip is not tight enough.

The bracelet I ordered for my adult son's girlfriend is as described and pictured, and we think she will like it with her other stacked gold bracelets. Shipping was fine--the bracelet arrived safely and quickly. My only complaint is the "presentation"--a rather tacky box; tiny, flimsy pouch, with bracelet in a plastic bag: I realize that the price of the bracelet was at least half the cost of a similar bracelet from my local jeweler so accept the Ross-Simon packaging (but will try to find a nicer pouch).

My wife loved her necklace and received many compliments. The cardinal has special meaning to her

At first received a message that item was on backorder but product still arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

The bracelet was not what I was looking for. Diamonds too small and not shiny. The clasp was not easy to open. I returned it that day for a refund. I was looking for something with more WOW. This bracelet would be fine for everyday. Nice, but IMO not WOW

The website was noce and teh shipping was acceptable. The product that I received was substantially smaller than expected. The pictures of teh product on teh website must ahve been magnified tremendously as teh product that I was received was one tenth thesize of what it looks like on teh internet. I also went back to the site to make sure that I didnt accidentally order a small or medium and there was no option for size. When I opened the package, i could barely see the earrings in the gift bag and I am now embarrassed to be giving them as a gift to my wife and have ben looking for an alternative gift.

Interesting jewelry to choose from, nice variety, decent prices, excellent turnaround. It was a very satisfying experience.

In the end I had to pay extra 20.95 to get it by Christmas. I was shocked by the sum I had to pay for it to arrive by Christmas
