My wife likes her necklaces but I had problems figuring out the size to get her if I wanted to keep it a surprise. It would help tremendously if you could tell what size the model has on in the picture for husbands to get an idea what to order. We men are not real good at things like that.

Bracelet was very nice, but too large and clasp needed two people to make it work.

Before I made enough money to shop at Tiffany's, Ross-Simons provided the widest selection of quality products, so that I could always buy my wife beautiful jewelry at whatever price I could afford. Additionally, I could shop the entire selection without going from store to store or from website to website. After I made enough to buy at Tiffany's, I dis buy her some pieces selectively. She has worn the pieces that I bought from Ross Simons at the same time that she wore her Tiffany's pieces. She has received at least as many compliments on her pieces from Ross Simons as she has on her pieces from Tiffany's. I have shopped at Ross-Simons for more than 30 years and now that I am retiring I am only shopping at Ross Simons again. I bought her a very reasonably priced, but beautiful diamond pair of earrings this year for Christmas, and she was thrilled again, without my having to rework our retirement plan..

My earrings (drop w/ small dismonds) and the 2-toned byzantine bracelet are both just what I expected. I'm about to learn about your exchange policy because I apparently ordered the wrong size.
