I love the simplistic look of these earrings that work with white and yellow gold jewelry. Comfortable to wear and easy on and off. I would recommend them to everyone.

I ordered the multi stone bracelet. It is beautiful and can be worn with a variety of outfits. I did have to have it shortened because of my tiny wrists.

The best thing about purchasing gemstones that are not actually real, is that the color is dead on! Yes, the price is far below what you would pay for natural stones too, but you always know the earrings will exactly match the necklace & the stones will not have a variation from say, the picture on the website. Your Garnet will be Red- or it should be. The ones I bought came in so dark, they appeared Black. So I returned them. At my expense. I won't be buying from Ross-Simons again. When they sell you something that is this bad, they should at least pay for the return.

Choices were abundant with great descriptions. The Sapphire bracelet length of 8.24 was just long enough to slide off my wife's wrist. The return/exchange process was simple and painless with the help of the Ross-Simons representative. The 1st measurement used was against current bracelets she has, but with the Ross-Simmons clasp it was 1/4" too long for her.

My earrings (drop w/ small dismonds) and the 2-toned byzantine bracelet are both just what I expected. I'm about to learn about your exchange policy because I apparently ordered the wrong size. I love everything I've purchased from you and different items my goddaughter has purchased as gifts to me from your store.

Received my smiley face ring. Four days later while removing the ring, the band snapped. I know it's 10K gold, but I expected it to last a bit longer than that.

The bracelet I ordered for my adult son's girlfriend is as described and pictured, and we think she will like it with her other stacked gold bracelets. Shipping was fine--the bracelet arrived safely and quickly. My only complaint is the "presentation"--a rather tacky box; tiny, flimsy pouch, with bracelet in a plastic bag: I realize that the price of the bracelet was at least half the cost of a similar bracelet from my local jeweler so accept the Ross-Simon packaging (but will try to find a nicer pouch).

Item said velvet choker with heart shape diamonds. One would think that for $200 the velvet choker would actually be higher quality and not look like a ribbon with just a fuzzy side and the other side with nothing. Not velvet and looks pretty cheap. Not really satisfied but almost xmas so I will keep it as I don't have time to send it back and get something else. Worth half or a third of what I paid.

I would say that the chain is extremely light weight and delicate - so I make sure I wear it very carefully.
