I was hesitant to order rings since I'm in between whole sizes. Suggestion from Ross Simon's was to order up. I did and the ring fits perfectly! Love it. Beautiful and great price!

Item said velvet choker with heart shape diamonds. One would think that for $200 the velvet choker would actually be higher quality and not look like a ribbon with just a fuzzy side and the other side with nothing. Not velvet and looks pretty cheap. Not really satisfied but almost xmas so I will keep it as I don't have time to send it back and get something else. Worth half or a third of what I paid.

I would say that the chain is extremely light weight and delicate - so I make sure I wear it very carefully.

I was shocked when I opened the package and saw how tiny my earrings were. They were shown to scale in a photo of a woman. These were 1/4 the size. I will be returning them.

This necklace is so much smaller than the picture. I hardly think it is worth the price I paid. This is my first disappointing purchase from Ross Simons. Thank God they are letting me return it.

The earrings took a very long time to arrive via USPS. Once they were received my wife immediately saw that one of the hoop earrings was bent and unacceptable. These were 18k Italian gold 1" hoop earrings an we expected them to b3 better quality. We called customer service and requested a return reference number, which we received, however they did not follow up with a USPS return label via email which they said they would. This was a disappointing experience overall.

I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days

What kind of service is that?
Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant?
The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

I was very disappointed in the size of the earrings. They are so ridiculously small and cheap looking. On the website the earrings look a decent size, but it's just the opposite. I brought a couple of things before and my jewelry was nice and elegant.

I've been debating on getting this blessed mother necklace for myself n when I saw the chain it came on it convinced me to get it! It is just beautiful. Lays flat n I wore it on Christmas Day n gott many complements on it! Love it!

I love the diamond cross but the chain that goes with it doesn't do the cross justice it's extremely thin and way too short. I had to order another chain in a wheat link style that will compliment the beautiful cross.

The design and execution are lovely except for the stone, which is really light in color. I have other R-S jewelry in citrine where the stones are much richer.

Shopping in general was a good experience. The London Blue stone was not as saturated in color as it appears online and in your catalog. I returned this ring.

I generally like the products at R+S. In recent years the prices have risen significantly for high-quality pieces on the website but in general the rings are still nice.
