It took me five times to check out it refused to take the credit card and didn't have a clear error message on what was wrong this was the last attempt I was really disgusted
I ordered four pieces total, and one of the sets of earrings had a loose piece and was bent. The $200 necklace that I was most excited about did not look like the high quality I've experienced from other Ross/Simons jewelry. Because I've had the flu, I have not had an opportunity to contact them or return the items.

I love the multi-set of 5 pairs of gemstone studs! They are the perfect size - alone or in the earring jackets.
The 12 ct. Tw. Set of 3 pairs of studs (ruby, sapphire, and emerald) turned out to be too big. The post being set on the edge, instead of the middle, made them hang too low, with less support. Also, the sapphires were really dark, looking almost black. Finally, while the top surfaces were smooth, the edges all around were very rough. Didn't seem to be well-cut all around, nor well polished. But, for the price, I guess that's what you get.
