I purchased 2 of these precious eternity bands, which worked perfectly with another ring I wanted to wear them with. I was able to wear them for 2 days before noticing that one f the bands was missing 4 stones and the other one was missing two stones. I immediately called customer service, who addressed my concerns, but was unable to replace them, since they were out of stock. I was given a return label for repair, and have only just returned them. I don't have any outcome at this time; however, I have done business with Ross Simons for several years, and I feel like they'll "pony up" and get the repair done or exchange the bands for something else.
