They have spoiler my occasion firstly they have not deliver it and give the excuses and it's hard to contact them they don't reply on time
When I tried a lot to contact them
And they told me to repay for delivery again
Ridiculous service. Don't purchase

Even they have not refund my money

Never ever order anything from here. Fraud Sameera looting money. We ordered cake last year and it was never delivered. No refund and was provided a coupon to buy something else from the website. We did order but never received it even after more than 20 follow-ups
Overall we lost 1900 Rs

I recently ordered two cakes for a birthday celebration in a two tier city after spending a ton of time deliberating on choosing the cakes and placing the order, using their website was quite painful, and eagerly waiting for the order to be delivered, only to be extremely disappointed as the cakes that were delivered looked nothing like the ones that I had ordered, one was a combo with balloons (needless to say that there was sign of the balloons for which I was charged). Upon calling customer service, they said that cakes can be different than the ones we ordered depending on the city. No mention of this in the multiple phonecalls that I had with them at the time of placing the order. They stopped answering my calls after this conversation and haven't bothered to call me back or respond to my emails. I would never go back to ordering from here and experience the embarrassment that I did in sending those cakes that I would have never ordered had I known that that would be the ones that would get delivered.

Recently I ordered cupcakes from them, since the location I wanted to send was outside the city I asked them in advance is delivery is possible in that area they said yes its possible. Then on the date of delivery they told me cupcakes are not possible we can send cake only, so I told them what cake I wanted to send. Then later after an hour time they again message me saying ''we cant delivered to your location as no delivery boy is available. Please share another address." I got pissed of if you don't have any delivery boy it your issue not mine. And I want to send cupcake to someone particular person then why the hell I should give different address. After that I cancel my order I asked for refund so they gave a stupid voucher that can be used only once. They online chat girl is very rude. They never reply to mail or call. On threatening them that I would file a complain against you then only they reply to my mail.

Don't buy anything from them, its waste of time and money

I had ordered a customized cake 2 days prior to the event at home. I had shared image of the type of cake and they had agreed that it is possible. But on the day of delivery I get message saying it is not possible... Though I compromised with the design of cake I was hoping to receive cake on time but the cake was delivered 3 hrs delayed... While you call them to know what's happening with delivery... Boom. They don't answer your call purposefully...
I compromised on delivery time and was happy atleast cake got delivered on same day though not at right time... Then the last night mare. Cake was pathetic. It was full of cream ( a horrible cream infact bad cream). Cake was really bad to taste... if u want your time to be eventful then don't go with rosencake. I had ordered a cake to surprise a friend. While I made sure by asking their executive if it could be delivered, he/she willingly checked and replied 'Yes'. But after deducting money from my account, I received a mail which said that apparently it couldn't get delivered because of the ongoing lockdown. They then said I'd get a refund as per the cancelation policy. What is the cancelation policy? I tried to find on their website but couldn't. So I asked them if I'd get full refund, they didn't reply. I asked again if the refund was initiated, after waiting for one full day. Nobody replied. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and I hope you improve.

Highly Recommended... Smooth ordering process... Rates are very reasonable... Good quality of products.

The worst kind of experience that I had with roses and cakes. As i love to wish my beloved ones on this occasional day, but this guys make my day worse than ever. Yesterday I was talking to a girl whether you are able to deliver the product or not. She promised me they are delivering the product on time, but i got mail response only at nearly 1Pm regarding the product was not delivered. While doing payment the transaction got failed that time they called 5 times to guide me to repay, but for this delivery failure they did not called and inform me,. I tried to replace the product but they are intending me to order extra cake also with extra money. I was totally frustrated and also they are not speaking in politely also. Surely I will not refer Rosencakes to my colleagues or friends. As product is not available they will not refund our money also, we need to put mail for them to refund. If we have rating as '0' star surely i will give '0'
