I am very happy with the service I received today. It was my boyfriend's birthday and due to heavy rain I was not able to be at his party. I had placed order to Rose n Cakes. The surprises that I have planned for him was delivered on time to him. The happiness in his face made my day and all thanks to Rose n Cakes. Below is the complete story about this online fraud. The first is I placed the order on April 1 2020. At the time of pandemic they said they will deliver the cake, so I ordered cake & below red color teddy for my daughter birthday which was on April 3, but they cancelled the order & gave the coupon for 1648. Today I thought of buying the cake & teddy for my daughter, but the customer support was so rude, they said they will deliver cream color teddy only, i said I want the red one, now i got delivered the below cream color teddy can u see the difference, I paid total 1649 for half kg cake & the red teddy. The worst ever customer service, though they operate from Delhi - Capital of India but they are biggest fraud people who loots money. It is biggest lesson not to trust any of these online portals who operate from Delhi, kolkata, bengal.

I have filed a case on cyber cell because there didnt deviled my order and the cancellation was done on there side and not refund my money and according to there policies if i cancel the order i should get a copon instread of refund but there sent me copon so guys dont buy any thing because soon this website will be block because of my case
Ordered flowers and cake from this site for birthday. Delivered on mentioned time which is really important specially if you order flowers. Product quality is great and flowers were also fresh. Will recommend this site to friend's
I booked a cake at Rosencakes.com through order I'd ******* on 22nd Aug 2020, for deliver to "Mayiladuthurai" I confirmed on chatting support before place the order and they also charged 250 rs extra for tier 2-3 city.
The same customer support person of yesterday start to shout on me for asking my non deliver cake until 3.45 PM of 23rd Aug 2020 with he excuses will deliver with 6 PM, Now the telling due to t lockdown we can deliver.
I made a mistake choosing this company for a year to send an anniversary to my child.
I have cancelled a order and still no refund. No one picks up the calls. Worst services ever... i am surprised how they are even surviving. They should be banned
Really bad at delivering. They will never deliver on time and it's a total waste if you try to call them for any refund. I am never going back to this site. Sorry
I have placed an order. Till the time of payment they will continuously follow up for payment. Once done did not give any update. No professional approach on status. Did not answer calls. Tried sending message in the website chat. So arrogant reply. On the day of occassion till evening they dint deliver the cake. At 4.00 pm they say could not able to deliver. They did not even send me the picture of the cake. Again I will receive an email saying that you have cancelled your order where they cancel by themselves. Talking about the refund. They will not give you the refund back. Even though its there mistake they will not refund you. Such irresponsible and fraud company this is. Every one should raise a complaint against it and let this website close. Because I dont want any one to get fooled. If you want to have a good experience and memories on your occasion please request you to not to order anything from this website.
They take your orders and post that nobody takes call on customer care or on email provided by them. They deliver incomplete orders and take full money and then noone is available to attend you. The online support on their site is available only till you place the order, post that any complaints you raise, they do not attend saying its not their department.

I had to send a birthday gift and was really confused. Came across Rose n Cakes, checked out all the products and chose. I was a lil worried if it will be delivered on time Or not, but the delivery was on exact date as chosen by me. Thanks a lot to the team and honestly loved your services. I gonna definitely avail your services in future and will recommend further too.
These people are cheaters they take your money first and don't deliver your order for months.
I ordered cakes and chocolates worth Rs 5099 in april 2020, i received all that on 10th of july after getting on their nerves they at last delivered it. I had to put my lawyer into this matter to get my delivery. Once you have given money to them they will never refund u at any cost.
And on top of all this the cake was soo bad at taste after charging 1899 rs per cake. I prefer monginies cake which is hardly 1000 rs.
Don't ever order anything from them, u'll regret big time.
I live abroad but I never miss a chance to send cakes, rakhi and gifts to my loved one's on any special occasion. Thank you Rose n cakes for being a helping hand in spreading happiness
Awesome in every way! Let it start from the process of ordering, follow up mails and texts (no need to contact them, Cz they themselves keep us updated), before time delivery, looks the same as u ordered, finally quality, taste & amount is just up to the mark! Great for all occasions and even if there is no occasion!
In the last minute they said to order for 1kg cake instead of half kg cake they assured they will deliver.Not at all recommended.
Worst customer service provided and cheating people without delivering cake and not giving refund also.
