They fool you by saying order is available in you area. If your area is out of city limits, after placing order they send you link to pay delivery charges. While asking with Customer care person in chat, she is very arrogantly replies. I never experienced such a bad customer care person. Very rude. Dont ever buy anything from this website.
I ordered a cake from rosencakes it was a scrumptious cake. I love it. My friend was too happy. Their service is good. I ordered for midnight delivery. And it was on time.
We placed order for product RNCV3 cost 1200 and what worst cake they delivered that too after taking long time.
While calling they are not responding and moreover the delivered occupational cake is such bad way that the celebration went in vain.
Never opt for their service.

Ordered flowers and cake from this site for Valentine and birthday. Delivered on mentioned time which is really important specially if you order flowers. Product quality is great and flowers were also fresh. Will recommend this site to friend's
I'm really happy with their services! Had ordered a cake and some flowers- they both were delivered on time and looked beautiful. The cake was delicious and looked exactly like that in the picture on their website. Even the flowers were fresh and were arranged into a pretty bouquet (again as shown on their website). Needless to say, I will be ordering stuff from them again :)
3 months back I ordered something from this site. Eventually that item was not available for mentioned location and they had to cancel my order.
After I followed up with them many times, they agreed to refund the amount that too in the form of coupon.
Now today when I am planning to use the coupon, they asked me to use whole amount else remaining amount I cant utilize later.
In a way, they blocked my money and made me sepend everything at once.
Guys don't trust this website. They are fraud people. They actually earn through fraud and don't deliver the things. There people are very rude. Neha Kapoor is very illiterate girl who talks at customer service number. This is the second time they took my money. I think they earn by not delivering the things. When I ask them to let me talk to their head is always in meeting. I think they are busy in discussing how to do fraud. They don't communicate anything and say Everything is at terms and conditions. They don't think about customer. Please don't trust them. I will file a complaint against them in Customer Fraud forum.
Your team has always been very kind and helpful. The flowers used are also of superior quality and fresh. Delivery is also hassle free.
