Do not order anything from this shop they are making fool to people. Taking high amount and providing local cheap quality service. I order photo cake and they have not prepared it properly photo are cropped from all the sides it has not fitted properly on cake. Also they promised me that they will add star and balloon sticks with the happy birthday name topper on it nothing is added they just wrote the name with simple cream on below side of cake not even looking good. While ordering the cake everyone is replying on chat and when I made a complaint no one responded. There contact number and email address is not working nobody is answering the call so all is useless there is no return option so even if you wants to return it there is no option all the return and refund policies are fake so do not trust for anything which they are promising they are showing something else and delivering very cheap quality service. I don't even want to give 1 star for this. I will suggest you could buy a better cake from local shop with low price instead of this useless service. A third class service at all. Because of this kind of service this company will never grow up and very soon it will shut down I will make sure to post everywhere about this on social media and will pass this as much people as I can so that no one get fool buy this fraud people. In this kind of Covid situation these people are still making fool to customer buy doing this fraud. Need to take strict action against this. Also i am going to make complaint on consumer court. Will definitely make sure that your company will shut down very soon. What fraud you are doing I will show it to everyone. Very Very bad disappointing and third class service at all. See the below image the half photo is cropped and nothing is added for decorations and name is written by normal cream at corner that too not on cake which cant even see.

I ordered Onebeautiful bithday Cake (its shown picture) worth Rs 2000Rsand They delivered ugly 600rs anotherCake and their reply are harsh and very Bad. I added picture below. So if You Need Cake Go Another Site or Buy Outside(they are cheating People even Pandemic Season)

I have used many website for onilne gifts delivery but Rose n cakes is the best in sending online Cakes and Flowers in India and abroad, they send gifts exactly in time frame Promised

They have the worst service ever. 1st of all I have ordered for Valentine's day they delayed it on the 15th they delivered. 2nd it's not what I ordered I had ordered 24 lilies, pink roses, and a fat bunch of red roses. They mixed pink roses n lilies one of the notes is missing. All is in a mess. I'll suggest u guys don't order from them they are the worst. U'll not be able to contact them as their helpline is 24x7 busy. Don't waste ur money, I wasted approx 4000. Be smart.

Yesterday that is 14-02-2021 my husband had ordered an combo consisting of cake chocolate and bouquet but it has not yet been delivered we have called multiple times to the customercare but no response. Never try to order there.

I have ordered a product from Rose n cakes, They assured me that the product will get delivered by 9 to 12 AM on 14th of February but the whole day has passed and the product didn't get delivered. Neither they are picking up my calls nor they are replying to my emails. Also during placing the order i had a conversation with the customer care and they assured that the product will be delivered within the given date and time. They are simply cheating in the name of business and they are operating a scam and not a business.

Worst customer service. They don't provide follow up on orders. Live support chat works fine before placing an order and once the order is placed our chat is put in a queue and we won't get any response. The mobile number provided in the website doesn't work. Please don't use this website.
