Worst Website I've ever seen. What it shows in website is different from original product. No color, flavor, tasteless. Even not on time delivery.

There is only one person in the customer support named Sameera.
And she is a cheater, whose only motive is to make you order a product and pay online. She wont give you any information until you order a product and once you do that the real game begins.
She will ask for money in the name of delivery charge.
They will give you a voucher which you wont be able to do anything with in the name of refund.
Please beware and never ever order from this site.
Actually such sites should be blocked from google search page itself

Excellent varieties of bouquets with filters for price range. Order execution very smooth. Response from the executive, without my intervention to help me, place the order and also get a Discount. Subsequent delivery of product, near to specification, very fresh flowers, and delivery at a specified time. Overall very good experience

I have been a regular customer with Rose N Cakes for quite a long time now. I have ordered surprises for my family members on occasions of their birthdays, anniversaries and festivals. Products they deliver are fresh and good quality, mostly on time. Never had an issue with them. Even if you have any query, you can just email them and they respond back promptly. Good job keep up the good work.

This is the second time I have ordered through Rose N Cakes. The product was the same as shown on the website. The cake was delicious. KUDOS TO TEAM!

RnC has very cheap service. They called us when you want to order but if you cancel the order they just don't pick up your call. I don't recommend this at all. Please don't order anything from RnC. They just fool everyone. Seriously I had a very bad experience with this.

It was the day before my son's birthday and I forgot to buy a present for him. I booked a cake from RNC late in the night and the cake was delivered to my son at Dwarka, Delhi in time and in absolutely fresh condition.

Payment was also very easy, and delivery was very fast. The order was delivered at the same time as mentioned.

Bad service. The product shown in picture is not matching with the actual. Too much costly. Please dont buy the product from rose n cakes. Instead, direct buy from shop now they also deliver to home.

Don't buy anything from this site. First, they will take orders and at the time of delivery, they will create any issues like vendor brother died exact the same day...

They took money for special cake but will send cheap cake and not even given back your money

I ordered cake Rs 1250/- on dtd - 30.06.2021 after my order it was showing delivery charge of Rs 250/- then I cancelled immediately and phoned to contact no mentioned in this site. Rose n Cake representative told that refund will be done within 04 working days. Till dtd-12.07.2021 I have not received refund and also I did email also no reply received then I have been calling frequently no one is picking up my call.

I Have ordered a Cake through Rosencakes to Malawi ( Central Africa). They have charged 5049 Rupees. It was not at all delivered and was not getting any updates nor these people were lifting the calls. I had to cancel the order due to their arrogant behavior. They Literally took 2 weeks for refund and refunded only 50% and looted the remaining. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this bloody website.

This is the first time I have ever used a online gift delivery service in India. Ordered the Rasmalai Butterscotch cake for parent's 39th Wedding Anniversary. I was immediately contacted by the customer service team of the non availability of Rasmalai and if it was ok to replace it with Gulab Jamun which is was ok. Very professional approach with the team creating a service ticket and closing it after my confirmation. Parents loved the cake and packaging of the nuts. Did not face any issues with the delivery.
