Ordered cake n other items worth 1529 RS. Order Id *******. Before placing order i had discussion with customer service. Customer service confirmed me about order delivery on specific location. On event day they refused to deliver my order and spoiled my surprise event. Still without getting angry i politely asked them to refund full amount because it was not my fault. They refused to credit full amount.

I have ordered some gifts to be delivered on occassion of marriage anniversary of my father inlaw to be delivered on 8may 2020. Before placing order I have confirmed that whether they are able to make delivery unlock down. Thay said we we will deliver them I place order and make online payment. I also confirm about order position on 7may evening also. They told they will deliver definitely. On 8may when order was not delivered I call him many time and also send whatsaapp massages but they doesnot pikupmy phone nor respond toy messages. However they see my massages. They simply email me that they are not able to deliver due to lockdown. Behaves like a cheater company. I recommend that nobody will use this company. Totally unreliable

I. They promise delivering on time but delivered birthday cake, 5 days after the birthday. On asking for refund they say its not possible.
2. Once you do the payment there's no response from them. You need to run behind them for followup. They don't even pick up call.
3. The cake delivered is hell different then the ordered one and they don't even deliver all the things ordered. Biggest mistake i have ever done by opting this site.

Worst infact i would say they are fraud just earning money and fooling people. Neither they pick call nor reply your msges... after confirming on online chat i placed order and i told them that its was my parents day they confirm that they will deliver but they didnt neither they msg regarding any refund.
Spoiled my moment. PLEASE GUYS DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ON THEIR WEBSITE seriousy its a fraud just to earn or you can say stole money from you. I dont know how this website is working it should be banned. WORST AND FRAUD

This is the worst online cake shop due to three reasons
1. The cake does not match the pic (shared pics below - Expected vs Actual)
2. Very poor quality for the price they charge - The candy sticks were soft, the sponge base was having a weird smell, the cream was of poor quality. The entire cake was almost watery
3. No response from the team once you have raised a concern - We even shared a pic, after which neither did they call back nor did they take our call.
Please don't buy here, its not worth your time or money

I ordered at last minute and it was delivered on time. Thank you for making my daughter s'bday special. Really appreciate your service.

Please no one go for this service, they are frauds.
The customer care lady is very arrogant and shouting on us every time. I never experienced such a bad customer care person, very bad. Dont ever buy anything from this website. They just want to make money by cheating.
I was looking for a delivery service in Kerala during Feb 1st week and i found Rose n Cakes to deliver cake for my parents Bdays While i am not available India. Through their website i placed my order even before that i did chat with them and they promised the delivery by taking my pin code also. They charged 500 INR extra per order just for delivery also, total 1000 INR + cake charges. They didn't do both delivery and they didn't return my cash also.
Me and my husband keep calling them, she never answer my call and attended my husbands call. And she threatening us by saying they will not refund if i wont remove my negative review. I waited 14 days for my refund, then only i put this comment exactly what happening with me.
When my hus said that we file a case against them, she saying no problem.
Requesting all, please dont trust them and purchase.

I ordered an item an item as Valetines Day Gift also I checked with them about the delivery and as per their confirmation I put an order, send a mail regarding that they need 250 rs more to deliver the item. If so I would have bee paid it if they informed earlier. And this valentines day I failed to give a gift to my wife because of this online shopping store and they spoiled my day.

Therefore I request you all better go for any other alternative option, or order at your own risk...
