My purchase here arrived in 2 weeks, I was early. Very soft material the dress. It came in a very small bag thinking it was a joke, but when you take it out what a surprise, it expands quite well, it fits perfectly.

The clothes look lovely in the roselinlin ads I wish I knew the companies they were lifting these images from because I would pay more to get the real thing. Meanwhile as other reviewers have pointed out what roselinlin will send you is a grotesque imatation... shoddy material, sloppy work. Wish I had checked the reviews before I bought in but never again!

I have been buying from them for many, many years~~ have received a few items broken in shipping... c / s were great in refunding my $$. A few items did not work out due to sizing, and a few items I didn't think were quality merchandise. Again c / s were very helpful and pleasant. Overall I get a lot of beautiful home decor, collectibles, and kids clothes, up to jackets for men. And kitchen. I recommend them for sure. Sometimes I feel s / h is a bit high tho.
Recently bought 2 tshirts and a trouser from here, first they sent me the wrong trousers and then the tshirts were nothing like the photo, material was completely different and the length of the tshirts was done to my knees. I asked for a full refund because i was mis-sold and they said best they would do was offer me 15% discount they would not even accept that they sent the wrong trousers and pay for them to be returned and refunded. They now do not answer any of my emails. Please do not be conned by this site!

I placed an order on line beginning of May and now we are in August and I have not received my order. I email at least once a week saying that the order has been delayed due to COVID. Most companies do not charge your credit card until they mail out your order but these folks took my money and no merchandise.

Many of the items described as "woven" or similar are actually incredibly cheap and have the "woven" patterns printed (from an incredibly pixelated image). Photos on site are NOT of the products you will receive!

It's great to buy online here. I ordered 2 blouses and they were delivered in perfect condition and on time. All the clothes are genuine and it is the best place where you can get clothes on the internet. I am 100% satisfied with the online service and I suggest others to visit and buy clothes here!
I ordered a dress - and when it arrived it looked NOTHING like the picture in the catalogue. The fabric was so cheap it was more like a halloween costume, with garish, shiny cheap fabric, 1/4 inch hems,. Truly unwearable. So... I wanted to return it. But... you have to get a mailing label from them ( not in the package!)... and when they sent an email about it they said I would be responsible for all shipping costs to their office in CHINA! Including any customs charges, and they acknowledged that it might become quite expensive. So they offer a 15% refund and I keep this ugly, unwearable dress. DON"T FALL FOR THEIR SCAM.

The entire purchase process was perfect, without any problem. I had to make a size change and it was very simple. I will send an email saying that it would take a while to answer but I think it was only a couple of days and the whole process of change was not more than a week.
They sent half the order, which was cheap and not correctly sized, then claimed they had no record of any order when contacted. Filed claim with PayPal. Then they claimed it was back ordered for 15 days. Nothing showed up, filed second claim and nothing.

This is a fraud. Your online catalog is a complete misrepresentation. You should be shut down and fined for illegal business activities. Your so-called linen is fake, the sizing is fit for a large pig. No doubt you run a sweatshop. You have been reported.
