There is NOTHING good to say about this SCAMMING company. They ship RAGS to you and then deny they received the merchandise back when you have to ship their crap back to CHINA. Every good review on here is a FAKE!
And PayPAL WILL NOT help you!
Horrible experience. Ordered three items, and only two came. Immediately I noticed the items were different from the picture. One item was orange and cheap craft store material, another was supposed to be a dress but was the length of a shirt.
I emailed them immediately and said I want a full refund and for them not to send the third item. After sending three emails, I finally got a response stating I can get 20% back instead to avoid shipping cost instead and they sent the other item. SCAM SCAM SCAM!
I called my credit card company, who is helping resolve the issue. BEWARE OF THESE INSTAGRAM COMPANIES. I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureaus as well.

I really like this dress. It fits well. Too, I needed help from customer service about expedited shipping. The representative was considerate and resolved my issue.
I made the mistake of ordering 2 items in late August.
Within a week, I got an email saying 1 item had shipped.
After 4 weeks, I emailed cs and they told me the items were so high in demand that they were on back-order, and it would be 8-15 business days to ship.
I waited a month, and emailed them again, asking for status of my order.
Suddenly the "1 item that shipped" was no longer in stock, so they said they credited me. I never received a credit, nor any notice of the item being cancelled.
They told me nothing about the remaining item, so here I sit, waiting for an email back.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

DO NOT believe the photos! I too threw into my thrift store box all but 1 of the 6 items I bought. They are totally scamming and conning in their photos and don't even use the materials as they claim. You can't return them because you have to pay the cost to China.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!
One star is one too many.

I note the reply to my previous review from Roselilin where they contact us and we will sort this for you. This is pure and utter rubbish - they are well aware of my problem since July 2019 and have been ducking and diving, offering a 40% refund and trying to say that the address they eventually gave me to return the goods is a viable address - when in fact - It is not and the postal authorities sent the goods back to me saying parcel could not be delivered - thats enough evidence for me. This Company is a pure scam - you get the goods in dribs and drabs and have to battle for a return address and then when u eventually get it - the address is not a viable one so the goods cannot be returned - nice scam, nothing else. DO NOT TOUCH. I have been trying to engage with them since Summer to no avail. And worst of all PAYPAL paid them despite me raising concerns re lack of return address at the very outset, sending them the return An POst documents etc, they still paid and said reason why is because I didnt send on the postage document for second parcel. I have been trying to get my money back from them and they too are just as bad as they did not support their customer when I raised concerns and had my case raised to a claim - they still paid them with no concern for the consumer. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY is my advice

I purchased 600 worth of clothing in summer supposed to be linen etc, arrived in dribs n drabs, no return address, emailed them n got one, posted all items back as all unwearable at cost of 100£ but couldnt be delivered as ADDRESS DID NOT EXIST, Liaised with them who say it does but postal authorities say no such address and returned items to me. PayPal paid this company even though I raised my concerns with them at the outset when no return address forthcoming but they still paid, I was offered 40% refund by Roselinin so I could alter items! Still trying to return for a full 600++euro refund. PayPal of no help. What a bunch of scam artists and PayPal supported them - I will fight to the end as this is not the end of this scam. DO NOT TOUCH - a pure scan.
I absolutely love my new shirt. Very comfortable, with vibrant colors. I receive enough compliments, I have already recommended them to several friends
My blouse is beautiful and comfortable. Very well done, it was sent in a timely and fast way. I will definitely order again and recommend it to my friends.
Later - note added to Sitejabber - I see they are now submitting very positive reviews (almost identical) with a 3 rating, so they will not be picked up by fraud bots!...
If you have had a problem with such a company and paid by credit card ask the card co to refund you if you do not get anywhere directly. I sent (to John Lewis Partnership card) screen pics of the company's garment illustrations and pics of the actual items, plus close-ups of the poor quality stitching and a list of my contacts with Roselinlin. They refunded in full.
If everyone does this there will be some action against them from the banks, I am sure!
Notice how similar the 4 or 5 star reviews are. Read the one star reviews - I will not bother to repeat my own story, we have all had the same experience.
Not just that the quality is not good, but that the clothes bear no resemblance at all to the pics. Sizes are ridiculous (giant in my case, for size small, other customers say much too small).
I believe the same company is using other names and advertising widely online - similar adverts and reviews for NewChic and JustFashionNow.
I really like shopping at this online store. This is my fourth order and I am always satisfied with your shipping policy (it is not a problem to wait for a product because I know it is normal for the distances) and the quality of the merchandise. I will continue to buy them for sure.
The size must be verified before ordering when they are shoes, the image of the article on the page is the same, you must verify the type of material of the accessories before requesting it and activate the offers
I ordered 3 shirts and they were low quality material and stitching! And I hadn't read the small print, No returns after 15 days and must Return on your own dime to China if you are within 15 days.

I bought 5 items from this company through Paypal in August 2019. I received 3 of the items but 2 were not sent. Trying to get a refund for the two items I was told that the company wanted all of the items back before they would refund my money. Even tho I liked what I received I took the items to the post office and was told that return postage would be $120. The items I ordered totalled $105.53 and the the missing items would have been only approximately $52. What a racket! The company won't refund the $52 without getting everything back and sending them back costs $15 more than I paid for everything. No one will send anything back under those circumstances. I list $52 and the company makes out like a bandit. I will continue to write negative reviews about this company so others know about their scam.

Order four items, 2 didn't fit. They shipped each item separately with different sku numbers, then when I tried to return the two, they didn't provide the information right away for the return. When I mailed the items back to their Chino Branch, they said because I didn't send it to China, no refund. I will contest with credit card company.
My best hope for Roselinlin, is that disappear as quick as they came on the scene.

I purchased 4 items and they are all not like the website. The colors (tan was yellow, blue was green and red was pink), size (even using thier size chart, with M... oone shirt is too small and odd fitting, another is short and the pants are more like a size 14.) and fabric (linen and cotten are poly blend) its so wrong. You have to pay for any returns. The best I got them to do is give me (after 33 email exchanges) was 30% credit if I pay for returns which is more then the 30% credit and you have to spend on another of thier horrible items. It is a total scam and I'm surprised that they still exist.

This is a company in China that specializes in scamming you. You will receive 3 of your 5 items. The quality of these items is AWFUL and looks nothing like the photo. VERY poor quality fabric. The description describes your shirts as linen & picture beautiful. It's the worst quality cotton ever. The size is ridiculousWAY TOO SMALL. When you try to return they will tell you that it takes a very long time to get a refund & that you have to pay for shipping to CHINA and it's expensive so they don't recommend it. They offer to refund your items 15% and you keep them & use the 15% refund to get your items altered. Are you kidding? You will never get your other 2 items OR your 15% refund. It's s big SCAM. Don't ever buy from this company.

This stuff looks like I would want it. I've bought shoes and pants and tops. Nothing looks like it did in the add ads the shoes are very weirdly made. Avoid those shoes at all costs. The worst is you cant return the stuff because the company is in China and as they point out you pay a lot to send it back. I have been pawning it off on the local shelter. It annoys me with these companies because they do this knowing we can't return the stuff. Should have read reviews first. I'll learn one day.

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!
