I have bought on this website 4 times. All products have been perfect, delivery and service all the time.
Do not order from them unless you have actually tried on the item here. I ordered 4 blouses. I ordered 4xx, while I am a size 2xx, I like roomy. All of the articles were small and the fabric quality was poorer than I expected. I spent 72.00 and asked to return to the place in the US where they were shipped from. I could only send them back to China they said, but they would give me 15% of my order price back. So I did that and got about 15.00 back. Beware! Until they get stores in the US, do not order from them!
The clothing on the website is NOTHING like what you receive. The quality is AWFUL, to say the least. The sizes of the clothes that they sent, was way too small. Their return department is in China. They expect you to pay the postage for sending the clothes back. I had also cancelled part of the order. I had received a confirmation of the cancellation of the partial order. They NEVER refunded me for that amount. I contacted my credit card company. After a while, I was able to get all of my money back. DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM!

I love shopping here. The times I bought the order arrives on time, without problems, Everything looks like what they show me on the page.

Buy a blouse with good design at low cost, easy to use with any other garment, they have a beautiful finish.
The dress was exactly like the image of the page, very fast delivery, my blouse is perfect, I love it.
The only thing I don't like is that I always ask for the same thing and for the last 10 months the names keep changing for the colors, so I have to guess what will match what I have and usually buy 2-3 different colors to try. But I love how fast it is and the quality.
The service is good and the staff is helpful, advice on size, etc. Advertising on social networks is good.

I have seen better quality of clothing at Walmart. I would never order from this company again. I purchased 5 items and 3 of the items didn't even look like the photo. The other 2 were horrible quality. It was a totally different item all together. When I inquired about returning they informed me the shipment goes back to China and I was responsible for the shipping. Even though I was send the wrong product. I would refrain from purchasing from this company all together. They do not make returns easy!

Very fast delivery, but I would prefer a more discreet and less plastic packaging, please. It's great to see that I can buy clothes silently on the Internet, my best wishes to them.
It is a good store with good customer service. I loved the dress, mistakes can happen in everything, unfortunately, the seam of the dress on one side has loose threads and it was not finished correctly, so I had to return the garment, the whole change process was done without problems and quickly.

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
