I went to a Bohemian themed party last Monday and I was glad I bought my outfit from Roselinlin. Everybody loved my get up and I've recommended them the shop since they asked where I got my ensemble.
Mentionning that it was stealing not refunding me and that stealing is illegal in Canada where the warehouse sending articles is, I got a refund for canceled items and 30% discount for items already received but not like picture and description.
I still consider that I lost and that Ipaid too much for the cheap articles that I received but it's damage control!
They refuse to refund items canceled and never sent by them for an amount of 69$US.
Expensive lesson to learn never buy from Roselinlin!
Worst dishonest seller ever!
I don't believe the positives posts. They could be from Roselinlin itself.
I submitted the problem to Paypal.
Although article where send from a wharehouse in Canada, Roselinlin force me to returned the unwanted article to China, to get a refund.
It costs 88$ to send it to China article don't worth anything because of bad quality.
TOTAL SCAM, don't buy from them.
Positive review are probably false review.
Only received one of five ordered items.

I put picture of the scarf from the site and what I received. Instead of a knitted cotton scarf, it's a cheap printed polyester. Paid $20.43 USD, not worth 5$.

The thing about shopping at Fashion Noa is you get to have many choices of clothing to choose from and not one dull piece in sight. Services are convenient and reliable as well.
I guess Roselinlin's the trendiest online shop I have ever visited. I love how much effort they put into creating the details on their apparels. Their crop tops would definitely be my favorite among everything.

I have filed a dispute regarding this company, because I received clothing that is absolutely nothing as it appears in the photos. The quality is so poor that it's not even wearable! I received one item with discoloration and one item with a hole! Every single item I ordered was terrible quality! The return policy makes it difficult and expensive to return. The reviews are terrible and any positive reviews are probably from their company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! PHOTOS ARE MISREPRESENTING!

I made a big mistake ordering from this company! $200 down the drain. The clothing looks great in the photos but the quality is terrible - odd sizing, inferior material, poor stitching - I didn't like any of it and had a big problem with returns. I'm guessing they write their own good reviews. For example, I ordered a T-shirt that said "All Things With Love." The shirt came reading "WALL Things With Love." see pic. Also if you want to return items, you have to return them to China! Which is expensive. I sent 4 items back to China in July 2019 for a refund - shipping cost $35 and that was without tracking. It would have cost $60 with tracking (more than the cost of the items!) Their customer service gave me the address to send it to, and December 17,2019 - 5 months later I got the box back! Marked Return to Sender! Wow. So that also was a waste of money. If you want to return something you are out of luck! They offer you 15% discount if you want to keep the items rather than return them to China but you are still losing money and stuck with items you don't want. If you push they will give you 25%. I ended up not wanting any of the items. Because shipping to China was ridiculous, I took the discount so I could retrieve some of my money and gave the clothing I had left to the thrift shop. What a nightmare company. If there was zero star rating I would choose that and warn you not to order from this company. It is not worth it. Oh by the way, I got a note from a Roselinlin representative in response to this review while at the same time I am arguing with their customer service about a refund. They are now claiming that they already gave me a refund on the 4 items I sent to China (to the phony address and then were returned to me unopened). I contacted them again sending pictures of the returned package and demanded a refund. They insisted they only give me 15% refund and then they stopped communicating with me altogether. They are UNBELIEVABLE. I've heard they also operate under other names besides Roselinlin. Do yourself a favor and save your money. Order from a reputable company. Roselinlin's good reviews are as phony as the address they give you to return items to China. THEY ARE THIEVES!

I tried to return an order that totaled over $60. I communicated with the company and got a return label. Postage for the return totaled $23. After nearly 3 months, I received back my returned items because there was no such address in China. This is not bad customer service; this is fraud. DO NOT buy anything form this company

The Bib Shirts Bibs where not long enough, they only covered the chest not the lower abdomen area which gives the shirt a bulky look.
One of the Roselin I've been to. Awesome service and the most helpful staff that are polite and friendly. Aisles are ways clean.

I've always had excellent service with Roselinlin, my order was processed and shipped within just a few days. I like their products and the prices
When I first saw this website of Roselinlin, the clothes and quality look amazing, and the prices were very affordable. Now it makes sense why the prices were cheap! I made the mistake of ordering $100 worth. The biggest and worst mistake EVER! Shipment was sent and it came from different places in China. All the items that I ordered were incorrect didn't even look like what I ordered. Looks like they just got what might have been similar to them and put it in a shipping bag. Now to return everything has been a hassle. I have to deal with just email, cant get a hold of a Service center. Then you email and the make you jump through hoops to try and return the items sent to you and try to tell you that its gonna cost you more to send it back.
They tell you that they'll give you 15% back. I will take a lose, BUT will never ever order from them again. I advise anyone that is looking at this review NOT TO DO IT! RIP OFFS! I hope that the money I sent them for unwanted items serves them good. My wishes for them is for them to STOP SCAMING PEOPLE! NEVER AGAIN!

I wish I read reviews before ordering. I ordered 5 women's tops, size small. It took 2 mos to get them and they were all huge. I returned all but one ( thought I could shrink it) on Aug 10th 2019 at a cost of 25$. I'm still waiting for my refund 4 mos later- they say they haven't received them yet... but offered me 20% of the 130$ I spent to "close the case". Scam. Please don't waste your money.
