I've always had good experiences with this website, and customer service is easy to get in contact. Roselinlin has been my go to clothing site for years and has never disappointed me once.
They sent me the wrong sized item and quickly sent me the correct size and told me to just give the other item to a friend. They where speedy too!
By no fault of Roselinlin, I ordered something in the wrong size, my message was answered super fast and my issue addressed, couldn't of asked for better customer service! It's been my first order, the quality of the products is amazing and I can't wait to order from them again! :)
Love everything I get great prices, great selection, hot items. Always arrives with a little wait on some items not all.
I bought 5 clothes from this website. The quality was terrible so I asked for refunding. They said i need to return the products to China even though there was NSW address on the parcel. They offered discount 10% I accepted as I thought better than nothing. None of the clothes were able to wear.
Do not buy there.
Do NOT BUY from this place! A waste of money on cheap quality clothing. Clothing received were nothing like the discription or photos!
