The ladies of this online boutique were very good communicating with me about where my order was when I had doubts that it would arrive in time for my trip. They were very helpful and it was probably one of the best customer service experiences I have had online. And of course I was in love with all my clothes once they arrived.
The quality of the pants that I bought here was incredible, the material and the color were outstanding, I am very happy with my purchase. Shipping was also very fast!
I love the range of products on this online clothing page, I would love to see more two-piece sets. Most of the products are of great quality, but I found a couple that was not as attractive, BUT most of the products I have bought I love. I love the outfits, I love this boutique.
I bought a pair of pants online for my work and it came quickly to my house! It was amazing, easy to buy and a very good quality dress. The pants looked exactly like the photo, it fits me perfectly! I loved
I was going to order but after reading the reviews I have changed my mind. Roselinlin has enough bad press that their marketing department should take notice and do something to improve their image.
This has been going on for years... why would they not try to improve?
I'm spending my dollars in America on non-China goods.
I placed an order Saturday afternoon. Monday morning, less than 48 hours later I found out I was getting laid-off. Roselinlin charged me a 15% cancellation fee and seems to indicate it will take well over a week to get my money back. Below is part of the response they sent me.
The order has been cancelled here successfully with 15% cancellation fee.
We will process the refund to your original payment method in one week for you.
FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.

I made my online purchase from home last year and it was on time for my party. It was quick and easy and no damage was done to the dress in its package.
It makes me nervous to order online, but as soon as I tried on the dress, I was very excited. My dress was 100% true to size and fit perfectly. I took him to a wedding and received nothing but compliments. I would definitely buy here again.
It took me a while to find a website to buy clothes that did not have minimum order requirements. They were easy to buy. I love the ease of placing an order here.
The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I asked them for beach clothes in the past for a bachelorette trip that I organized. I loved the designs I bought. It was perfect for the occasion.
Materials are not as described, sizing measurements are not as the site describes.No return address, you cannot log in to the address given. Vivi. M

I sent an email and in a matter of hours they responded. They were helpful, friendly and efficient. I am completely delighted by how this entire process was handled.

The fit shirts I bought are really tight. You may want to put a larger size yet it fits very well. The website also honored its guarantee of perfect fit. Cotton shirts have a good value for money.

I have notified the credit card company, consumer affairs, and the FBI. This company must be placed on a fraud list as well as receiving funds but never shipping the merchandise. USPS must be warned of this company. I will notify the post office right away. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Great website presence for Roselinlin. But Items are not as shown, poor quality fabric. Like disposable clothes. This company is China based evidently a subsidiary of SRFashion. See their Facebook reviews... for yourself.
I ordered 10 items but received 7. I contacted Roselinlin customer service, multiple times. They promised a refund but wanted me to drop the claim first PayPal was not much help either. I have put in a claim with VISA. The refund promised was short of the correct amount but I have yet to receive it, a month later. Clothes may look great on the site but in good conscience I cannot recommend Roselinlin to others.

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!

Answer: Yes, it is a scam. I ordered three items in May (it's now the end of July) and I still haven't received them. Call your bank and file a fraud claim or go through PayPal. Bank is faster.
