I ordered about 7 accessories between earrings and bracelets, they are beautiful, high quality and work perfectly for wearing with my clothes. I will order again since the price cannot be compared for the quality of the product.
On a recent order they substituted a poor quality knit top for an item that should have been linen. Paypal decided it was not "materially different" from what I ordered so denied my claim for a refund. Anyone who buys clothes from them should be aware that they get away with this and if you're expecting a quality clothing item-don't.
Getting clothes online has never been easier as this boutique offers a wide range of designs that I love. Since I discovered this boutique, I have been obtaining my orders with great success. I have never been disappointed with your shipment, although sometimes it takes longer, but I can be sure they will arrive and be in good condition.
Easy to use page, order and shipping are easily estimated, taking into account holidays and more. They brought me here through a YouTube channel and I can't wait for my product to arrive so I can review it more.
First off, most of their reviews are FAKE. Do not listen to anything positive that anyone has to say about them. The website is poorly designed, I spent X amount of dollars for "free shipping" and they still charged me for shipping. They were rude when I followed up about it and I had to argue to get the shipping charge refunded. It's been over 3 months and I still have not received my order! I keep asking for a refund n they refuse. They keep saying I can't get refunded since it shipped but it's never going to arrive. They sent me tracking info and a second part of the order "shipped" YESTERDAY. 3 months after the order they finally ship out the second part of the order!? And wouldn't refund it even though the label hadn't even been created yet!? It's a total bull$#*! company. If anything ever does arrive I bet the quality will be beyond horrible n nothing will fit. N that's a generous assumption that any of my order will ever arrive. They're a scam. Don't waste your time.

Ordered a dress on May 8th, 2020. By May 27th it still wasn't delivered. Contact with their customer service on line kept referring me to the tracking number which never said anything other than "in transit". Made it from China to San Francisco but seems to never have left there. Customer service so unhelpful and now they have my credit card information.

Every purchase I have made from this website has been successful and without any regrets! The different range of clothing and options are amazing! And most have incredible prices that are almost too good to be true. And all the beauty products I have bought have arrived undamaged and the clothes were properly packed. This is my place to go for beauty clothes and accessories!
It's easy to find something I want. And the price is reasonable. Now I can buy something on the internet. The quality of the product was excellent. I like.
I received two pieces in my order. One is sorta cute for the price but the pants are horrific. No better that burlap for the fabric and the sizing is completely disproportionate. The sizing charts seemed weird and didn't make sense but I took a chance.
The customer service never answered my email queries. So don't expect any response or responsibility on the company's part.
Very disappointed. But what can you expect? You get what you pay for! Ripped off.
It's so ridiculously expensive to return items-consider yourself stuck and ripped off

I ordered my clothes over a month ago and I am still waiting. I emailed customer service and received a stock answer that it was in the mail and that i would receive a weigh bill notice to guarantee delivery. Still waiting for that as well. I won't be ordering from this company again. Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures and the promise of fast delivery. You won't get either.

Great products, discounts and unique designs. Everything I was looking for was easy to find! I searched for a few different keywords and came across a wide variety of amazing dress designs. I feel very lively and happy!
The website is very easy to navigate, and the range of different products is vast. The page is colorful and cozy, very easy to find a variety of quality items. The clothing items are also of good quality, but remember to check the item size at the bottom. Shipping didn't take too long. Would buy from again!
After several weeks of not receiving my order I emailed the company. They told me how to track the order. Part of the order said shipped, the other said processing. When I finally found a number for the company, the so called customer service guy wanted me to give him computer information to download a form. When I said " Wait you have my credit card info, you can just refund the money", he shocked me and said " Shut up! If you want the refund, you have to download the form "! I hung up. SCAM!

This is my new favorite store. I loved every outfit I bought, I received my dresses a few 4 days. Excellent quality and amazing styles of dresses. I will definitely buy again here.
I ordered a product on the 24th of April, it was supposed to be delivered (I payed for fast shipping) in 7-12 days. It has now been 30 days! I have emailed Roselinlin several times, but they are no help, and just keep sending me an automatic email which is of no help. I'm 14, and bought this for my mom, but now I don't know if I'll even be able to give it to her. I live the products, but the customer service is terrible. Would not recommend. Save time and energy, and just go someplace else. Again, so disappointed.

This is the second time I have ordered through this boutique and I can honestly say that both times have been positive. The dresses were amazing and extremely flattering to the body.
The quality is excellent and the prices are reasonable. My items are always delivered on time and beautifully packaged.
Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!
Answer: Throw it out! It will cost you $$$ to return it and they know this.
Answer: Yes, it is a scam. I ordered three items in May (it's now the end of July) and I still haven't received them. Call your bank and file a fraud claim or go through PayPal. Bank is faster.
