My item was broke when I received it an it took forever to get it
I haven't received my package yet I ordered may 3 it's been a month I know it takes a little time to detail it but goodness I will be glad when I receive it really wanted it before mother's day that didn't happen payed extra $25.00 for expedited but that didn't happen either
We ordered a vase from this company the beginning of October. By the end of November, the product hadn't shipped and numerous promised ship dates had passed. By then the birthday we had ordered it for had long passed, and we weren't sure we would ever see the product. We asked to cancel the order but they were not willing to so we called the credit card and refuted the charge.
As soon as we started that process, we got an email from them saying that the product was ready to ship but they couldn't ship it while the charge was being disputed; could we repeal the dispute. We repealed it, even though the credit card company warned us that a repealed dispute could not be re-opened.
Then we got a message from them telling us they had canceled our order... because, they claimed, the charge was being disputed. In spite of them canceling the order, they never refunded the money.
So here we are, out the $40.90 they charged us with no recourse but to leave a 1 star review. Caveat emptor.
If there was no stars, I would choose this.
This whole experience for Valentine's Day for my partner has been awful. I ordered a Lego set with our faces on it, again like others 5-8business days until arrival. However, when I ordered there was no confirmation of the order. I emailed the customer service who said you get an order confirmation when it it out for delivery? Unusual, weird right?.
Anyway I said this was okay. However, approaching Valentine's Day I was getting worried as I was £40 down and nothing to show of it, I emailed again. They email a week after you email them- the communications are very poor. This continued for several weeks. Still no where near forward. They also began just not answering my emails of query.
I ended up contacting my bank to state this is potential scam as they have my money and I Have no item nor even a confirmation. My bank are looking into this, and luckily I got my money back. NEVER EVER RECEIVED MY ITEM and it's 11/03.

I received an email this morning saying can you cancel your order online, if I could I would. Could someone please tell me how I cancel an order with no log in details and no email confirmation or an order number? EXACTLY.
I have high hopes this is a scam or this business needs education within them. Make it make sense people.

I placed an order in November. Have contacted customer service at least ten times. They always reply with "I am contacting the warehouse to escalate your order". I asked for a refund and have not heard back. So I guess I am out $50. I don't understand how they can be advertising for mothers day on their website when they still have orders from NOVEMBER that have been left unfulfilled. Terrible way to run a business, and of course there is no customer service line only an email.
Ordered a necklace for my wife, was suppose to come in less than two week. After it failed to come I asked what the problem was, they said they were behind but I would receive it in a couple of days. The following week I got the same response, the following week they said they notice that I had put a dispute with the credit card company. I told them I had, they had charged my credit card and did not send the product. They informed me they would not send the product until I took the hold off. I asked for the product to be sent or give me a refund, I am still waiting.
It's a great gift but it showed up broken so now I have to order a new one, my mom loved it but it also took forever to get here.
I received my product, it is made with cheap materials. The corners are smushed just by the way it was wrapped so tight. It looks terrible, it was obviously done by a 3D printer. It is not what you pay for and they will not refund your money. I showed it to the person I bought it for and they said the same things I was thinking and declined the gift.
I ordered a large recipe book and a small recipe book at the same time. One took a month or so to receive and the other took about 2 months to receive. The large book is smaller than the dimensions posted on the web page, and the rings on the binder are so small that you can't turn the pages. One of the binder clips is badly misaligned and doesn't even properly close. The engraving on the front cover is inconsistent, deeper in some places and more shallow in others, making it very difficult to read. The smaller book is too small to be useful for anything. Although the cover measures closer to the size advertised (but only if you count half of the binding in the width), the inside pages are substantially smaller. Count on using 2 - 4 pages for a single recipe depending on the number of ingredients and steps. Oddly, the binder rings on the small book are larger than the rings on the larger book. The black ink used in the engraved areas on the small book bled badly, and the book looks very messy. When I asked Customer Service to replace the books, all I was offered was a 20% discount. Such a shame that they don't take more pride in their products or have more concern about quality control. I would never buy from this company again.
First and foremost, my product took over a month to come in. When I receive the item the glass was broken, and the trim was cracked and falling apart. Horrible customer service takes forever to reach back only by email, then they want to sit here and say they want pictures of the product. Like what kind of company wants pictures. It should be able to send the product back and get my money back, simple as that. They took my money so fast so they should be respectful of people hard earned money and give it back to us. This company is a piece of $#*! and worthless. No one order from this company!
I contacted customer service after the 9-12 day business window. Lisa, assured me they expedited my order although it should have been in production and here another 3 weeks later I still have no product. Do not order from this company - pretty sure it's no legit and I fell victim.
It was very poorly constructed. It is just a computer printed picture on a piece of wood.
Absolutely awful customer service and awful advertising. I was told my product would arrive in 5-8 business days and here I am 2 weeks later with 3 emails written and not so much as an update. Never use these thieves they will steal your money and block you.

Ordered an item for our anniversary way in advance. The item did not make it to us and the seller refused to rake responsibility. They refuse to cancel the order eventhough I never recieved it. Typical over seas company who is in it to make a one time sell. Strongly suggest to stay away.
Bought 2 recipe books. Took forever to get here and both were broken and cheap quality. Spent so much time trying to get estimates on delivery and am so over it I'm not even going to try and get my money back because it's not worth the emotional trauma😫
I ordered some recipe books last month, still have not received them. Several emails and all the say is "they're expediting it". Asked if I could just have a refund. No response except to continue to say how it's being expedited. Need to be very up front on transparency or customers don't trust you
I ordered Dec. 8th, was told if I would receive it within 12 days, I paid extra for the "VIP" to ensure I would get it before Christmas and it never showed for Christmas. Weeks went by, emails being sent, I was very understanding a patient as I know christmas time is very busy. I began asking for a refund since it was mid January and I still have yet to receive the product and they weren't trying to make anything up for the missed promises of contacting the factory to speed mine up, expediting my package, and many other things. They offered to refund $12 and at that point I just wanted a full refund and in the following email they asked me if I would take a partial refund of $8. If I declined $12 why would they think $8 was okay? Was not happy at all with anything.
My order took longer than it should of to reach me. It was damaged. I asked if they would leave one heart blank. So they wrote on the heart LEAVE BLANK!
Delivery took ages. When the item finally arrived the stand wasn't big enough for the figures. Customer service is shocking and still awaiting the outcome
